- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and half the black pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onions, sauté until fragrant.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add bell peppers, sugar, salt, and remaining black pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
Notes
